TRA Medical Imaging in Tacoma is seeking an experienced CFO who possesses knowledge of all aspects of generally accepted accounting practices. Must have strong analytical, strategic planning and communication skills, including an ability to work well with the CEO, shareholders, physicians and other senior management. Candidate should have previously held positions of increasing responsibility within an accounting department, such as, director of finance, director of accounting or controller.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and day to day management of the accounting, finance and billing functions of the practice
• Direct accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls · Recommend improvements to ensure the integrity of the company’s financial information
• Prepare necessary information for annual financial statements and tax return preparation
• Prepare budgeting process and forecasting
• Manage financial processes and statements for multiple entities involving complex financial relationships
• Manage and overseeing all relationships with independent auditors
• Collaborate effectively across departments within the organization
• Oversee financial systems implementations and upgrades
• Manage relationships with investors and investment institutions · Identify and managing business risks and insurance requirements
• Hire, train, and retain a competent accounting, finance and billing staff

Requirements:

• 10 years experience in accounting or finance, including a minimum of 5 years in a management role
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business (MBA), Accounting (MA), or Finance (MF).
• CPA/CMA certification
• Medical group practice experience desirable
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and FRx preferred
• Experience with health care revenue cycle desirable

ON-CALL (as needed). Candidate will support administrative support team and help provide general coverage for patient flow, registration, and medical records for the Carol Milgard Breast Center. Medical office experience is required, radiology experience is preferred.

Tech Aides assist in patient preparation for imaging studies and facilitate data entry of patient information for breast health assessment. Medical office experience is required, radiology experience is preferred.
