With a single sign-in for both options, you can easily schedule and manage appointments, complete registration forms in advance, check in for your visit, access medical records and imaging results, and securely pay your bill—all from your phone or computer. Patient Connection Portal & TRA Mobile App
Whether you prefer a web browser or a mobile app, our Patient Connection Portal and TRA Mobile App provide seamless access to your radiology care. The Patient Connection Portal is a secure, mobile-friendly platform accessible from any PC, tablet, or mobile device, while the TRA Mobile App offers the same great experience for Apple and Android users. Both options allow you to easily manage your healthcare with a single login—either a unique password or a password-less multi-factor authentication for families sharing a mobile number. Once signed in, you’ll have access to:
- Schedule and cancel appointments (DEXA, CT, X-ray, Mammogram (screening), MRI, or Ultrasound)
- View appointment details including prep instructions, arrival time, and directions
- Complete registration and forms before your visit
- Check in for your appointment
- Access medical records and view imaging results
- Securely pay bills

Getting Started
Patients can register for an account. The registration information must exactly match the details in our system. Please note that a mobile phone number can only be associated with one account and cannot be used to register multiple patient accounts.
Patient Connection users can log in using an SMS (text) code sent to the mobile number we have on file. Username or password are not needed.
Schedule an Appointment
- Schedule Now – Did you receive a text from us that your provider sent us an imaging referral? Log in and schedule based on your provider’s order in the Schedule Now tab.
- No order and need to schedule a Screening Mammogram, X-ray, Ultrasound or DEXA? Click “Schedule Appointment.”
